Social Media Promotions
Exhibitors will be specifically featured in the XPAND2023 social media toolkit but can also pay a fee to have sponsored social media posts on HCPA’s LinkedIn and Twitter. The minimum spend is $200 per boosted post. This cost also includes a push notification through the mobile event app, which is sent to all meeting attendees. For more information about social media opportunities, please contact Allie Hayes at ahayes@thehcpa.org. Exhibitors should plan to have their booths set up no later than 4:00 pm on Sunday, December 3, and keep them open through breakfast on Wednesday, December 6.

Exhibitors can set their own hours and staff their tables as much or as little as they want.

The exhibitor space serves as a mini trade show and attendee meeting area. Companies that invest in hosting a table can increase their brand awareness and foster meaningful business connections.

* Please note: This badge allows you to sit at your company’s table; however, if you would like to participate in the Annual Meeting sessions, you will need to register for the full conference.
